BR-900-TPortable (pressure) calibration tableIt is an integrated pressure calibration device with pressure control fine-tuning and pressure output functions. It is an economical pressure measuring instrument designed by our company based on more than ten years of experience in pressure instrument manufacturing and on-site application. The pressure pump lever drives the large capacity chamber piston to perform reciprocating motion, generating pressure or vacuum. The pressure or vacuum is output through a switch, which is fine tuned and connected to the pressure output interface. Combined with intricately designed fine-tuning, quick interface, and vent valve components. Simple operation, reasonable structure, and good sealing performance, it can be widely used in industries such as metrology, scientific research, industrial and mining enterprises, and instrument manufacturing.

3、 Usage operation
1. Positive pressure detection
Press the toggle switch in, unscrew the plugs on the output 1 and output 2 connectors, connect the standard gauge and the inspected gauge, adjust the micro adjustment to the appropriate position (middle position), and close the vent valve. When the operating lever is pressurized to 2-4 MPa, use fine-tuning to adjust the pressure to around 7.5 MPa, stabilize for 1-2 minutes, use fine-tuning to adjust to the calibration point 7.0 MPa, and check point by point until zero.
2. Negative pressure detection
Pull out the toggle switch, unscrew the plugs on the output 1 and output 2 connectors, connect the standard gauge and the inspected gauge, adjust the micro adjustment to the appropriate position (middle position), and close the vent valve. Operate the lever to evacuate when the pressure reaches around -94kPa. Stabilize for 1-2 minutes, use fine-tuning to adjust to the calibration point, and check point by point until zero.
